Contraband Level 3-Level 3 re-education, repeated offence met with Level 3 and detainment for 2-3 cycles (detainment depends on amount of the contraband):: Generally consists of non-UU branded clothing and such. Items that are beneficial to one's self.

(EXTRA :: Ammunition, CCA/Union specific equipment (IE: Medpacks, stimpacks, Metro police supplements, etc etc) and radio possession is to instantly be reported to High Command and met with detainment and interrogation. Failure to do so will be met with a blackmark)
