What division of the CWU are you applying for?: Co-ordinators

A minimum of two paragraphs about your character:
Ben Taylor was born in New York City, USA. He was an only child. Growing up was hard for Ben. He never really had friends and so he found him self trying his hardest to bond with people. Once Ben had a few friends, a little group, he soon established himself as a leader - a natural. Soon Ben was leading a gang. Ben never did gun crime or drugs with this gang. This gang was different. They just played basketball all day and night. When Ben got to 21 he soon found the group had been corrupt by guns and drugs. Ben, and a few others, walked out and left the corrupted ones. Ben was finding himself where he began. Lonely. Most of his friends were gone. He had no family anymore, no job, no house. Soon the 7 hour war began.

When the 7 hour war started Ben was walking down an ally way of New York with his friend Mike. Before they knew what was happening explosions and gun fire broke out. Mike pulled out a gun ready to defend them. Ben and Mike hid in the ally way as soldiers in strange uniforms walked past shooting. Two of them looked down the ally. Before Mike could raise his gun he was head. Ben ran. The soldiers did not follow. Ben just ran and ran. As he turned into another ally the building exploded. Ben lay on the floor. Civilians ran out of the newly made hole in the building, some with guns, some without. The ones with gun tried to defend themselves but found themselves dead. Ben couldn't do anything. His foot was stuck under some rubble. Frightened civilians were panicking. Ben told them, as calmly as he could, not to be scared and to hide in the sewers. The civilians followed what Ben said but none of them made it alive. Ben could only watch helplessly. He looked up to see a soldier standing over him.

Ben was relocated to City 12 for a few months before being relocated to the industrial area of City 17. (I think the map is city 17)  

Do you think you possess the ability to role-play as a member of the division you are applying for, effectively?: I have played as a CWU union before and I am the DvL of the dagger division, also I have a city administrator, so I think I do possess the ability to role-play this division.

Do you understand that you start from the bottom of the CWU?: (unless otherwise arranged) Yes, I understand.

How will you character come to be in the C17 CWU if accepted?: (I not quite sure what you're asking needs to be clear but this is how I took the question): Ben was found be a member of the CWU directing citizens and helping them in their day to day life to avoid annoying the Metro Police Force

Do you understand that you are subject to the same rules as other citizens?: Yes, I do.

What division of the CWU are you applying for?: Secretary to the City Administrator 

A minimum of two paragraphs about your character:

Ashley was just the typical girl, had a good school life, Made honor roll and had a few boyfriends. She was the president of the student's union back then, and life seemed so easy and simple. She was revered, everyone thought she was going to have a good life, make a ton of friends and work for that fancy job she always wanted. However, things took a turn for the worse when she was in a fatal car accident, which killed both of her parents. Soon after her grades fell things seemed bleak.

Soon after however, the combine attacked. The war seemed to have ended in the blink of an eye, and was then transported to city 28. She never felt she belonged there, and had a very terrible life. She did however hear about a loyalist group called the Civil Workers Union, and thought that it may improve her life at least a tiny bit. She was accepted, though she always had this nagging feeling that something was missing in her life.  

Do you think you possess the ability to role-play as a member of the division you are applying for, effectively?: I beleive I can effectively role play well, yes.

Do you understand that you start from the bottom of the CWU?: (unless otherwise arranged) Yes.

How will you character come to be in this cities CWU if accepted?:This must explain why your character did not come from the existing populace. (existing characters make IC apps) When she made the CWU, they were packed to the brim, so they sent her to another CWU faction, lacking with members.

Do you understand that you are subject to the same rules as other citizens?: I do.
