A factory event is when citizens are drafted to work in a factory for a small period of time under direction of a CWU member aided by the CP.
It is designed to break stagnant RP and give the citizens something to do and a chance to earn extra credits and loyalty points.
Requirements:
A CP unit who can access the catwalks
Two Citizens
One CWU:LR or One CWU:C
15 minutes to run through process fully.
Recommended:
Two CP units. One on the catwalks and one on the ground to 'motivate' workers
4-8 citizens. The complexity of the operation is dependant on how many citizens are working
A CWU:LR officer or CWU:C
An Admin
More than half an hour
Below is Factory 3. In this thread I will briefly run through how it operates with various graphic aids.
These are the 'ovens' Workers load scrap metal into them for raw materials in the industrial process.
The factory can be geared to whatever the controlling CWU or admin desires.
Essentially, the CWU officer will man a console and aid the workers in completing their set tasks.
The CWU member is stationed here, by the console.
He uses the console to produce... whatever.
The CPs will patrol along these catwalks at regular intervals... ensuring that both exits on the ground level are covered.
So this is how the RP process goes...
Workers are assembled at a predefined location.
They are escorted to Factory 3 by CP and CWU
They are assigned a station by the CWU in charge
The CP take their posts whilst this is being done.
Workers, CWU and the ground based CP takes the door on the left whilst the catwalk guard takes the elevator.
The workers assigned to the forges will then melt scrap metal down to form a raw material that the CWU can use
He will make stuff from his console
Out pops a request device\ flash light... whatever really.
Workers may pack these devices into a box. If no workers are available for this then the CWU officer will be lazy and just spawn shipments of the items at a slower rate.
Workers will transport the shipment or packed box to *see first pic* gate 3 where it will be loaded into a dolly and carted down the street once the industrial process is done and a single CP is available to escort the CWU worker and box to its destination. The other CP will ensure the workers will return back to the assembly location to be dispersed.
This is Jeeves being creative.
