OOC training must stop. Apart from OTA OOC training as that needs to be perfect. Now onto the main topic of this post. People, not naming, have been doing OOC training with people. If you're not a TrO this must stop. No matter if you are OTA or not. TrO are the only units allowed to give training. So by the rules of half life OOC training does not count for anything as your character cannot use OOC information IC. I have asked people nicely not to do this, but enough is enough, starting from today no one does any training OOC, apart from OTA as stated above, nor shall you consider training other units unless you're not a TrO. However practicing with other units is acceptable but no more teaching anything new. You must come to a TrO and tell them what you think will improve this area for all units and leave them to do it. They can ask you to assist them but you cannot directly train them. I know I may sound like I am repeating the same thing but it does have to stop.
Exceptions to these rule of no training unless TrO:

OfC
Or if you've been asked to assist.
There will be no ifs or buts. These are the rules.

Point noted.
Please consider an exception: Shadow units. These are the guys the most definitely need to know how to work with the OTA.
As for the 'teaching' part, I still believe this is more 'canon' then meta. It makes me sad to see an 02 that can't breach properly. I think the TrO units really need to address this problem.
As for the OTA, we don't have our own TrO and 'practice runs' should be run by an EOW or whatever rank we come up with to lead the OTA. (This is why I prefer the CG OTA system)

The OTa ARe picked By Me Personally And Trained By Me Personally Only. Ota Should Not Be Training Other Units, Idk Where This Has Come From. The Ota Are The Military Force And The Mpf Are The Police, There Should Be No Mixing Together, And The Ota Should Not Be Doing Something Or Anything WithOut An Order From A Dvl+. I Would Say More But MyPhone Really ACts Weird When I Type In The Forms...

My phone, it capitalizes every first letter in each new word, and if i backspace it will capitalize the next letter I type. I dont know, its really freaking weird.
